Booking Info/Requests

SEND BOOKING REQUESTS DIRECTLY TO: sheepsheadcabins@gmail.com . The automated book now feature is not currently working.
Each year there is a 2 tier booking schedule to accommodate for:
TIER 1: larger groups who are booking both the Sheepshead Cabin and the Sheepshack together at the same time, and
TIER 2: Groups who are renting the Cabin only.
For the 24/25 Winter season, Tier 1 bookings will run from March 11th to September 1st for all Cabin and Shack renters, and then from September 1st on will be open to Tier 2 bookings, all Cabin only renters. (You will still be able to add the Sheepshack later if needed)
.
For the 24/25 Winter season, The Sheepshead Cabin will be $500/night and sleeps up to 6 – 8 (10 max) people, The Sheepshack is $300/night and sleeps up to 3 – 4 (5 max) people. Price includes all taxes/fees. Nothing else is tacked onto the price later.
.
Payments are made via Venmo to @sheepsheadcabins
Payments are made in full to reserve your dates.
There is not a cancelation/refund policy for Sheepshead due to extreme difficulty in re-booking any cancelled dates on short notice. Most groups have to plan their trip months in advance. With that being said, we do our best to re-book your dates later in the same season if you do have to cancel for extreme unforeseen circumstances… (not always possible, or available dates may be very limited)
Park Creek Rd (Fs 380) is typically plowed until Thanksgiving each year, then groomed by the South Fork Powder Busters snowmobile club from Thanksgiving-ish, until the last week of February, then plowing starts again. Spring plowing takes approximately 2 weeks to reach the top. Parking during plowing is usually at whatever point the mine has plowed to. There may be different routes to the cabin while plowing is ongoing in March. Including Pinos Creek out of Del Norte, Tucker Ponds off of Wolf Creek Pass, Or from Jasper south of Monte Vista.
.
Lots of improvements coming for this upcoming season as always….
Get your crew together for next years adventure…
